You guys asked for more Beauty so here it is 🙂 MY top beauty must haves! It is super important to be able to distinguish where you must splurge money, and where your skin can afford for you to buy non-luxury brands. With every individual, it is different as to where they are willing to spend more money, and where they hold back. Although everyone is different, there is a common rule of thumb of types of beauty products you should and should not splurge on. My top 5 items that I believe every it-gal should splurge on and own are below:
- Laura Mercier Foundation Flawless Fusion
- Laura Mercier Translucent Powder
- Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray
- Fresh Lip Balm in Caramel
- Lancome Monsieur Mascara
- Persona Cosmetics Eyeshadow Palette
- It Cosmetics Eyebrow Pencil
- Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist
- Dior Micellar Water
- Caudalie Eye Cream Â
From finding the perfect quality foundation to ensuring your makeup will look natural and last all night, these ten beauty products are my must haves! The Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion foundation is super pigmented for coverage, but incredibly light feeling on your skin. I am all about beauty products that actually work. There are two items on this list that go hand in hand – Laura Mercier Translucent Powder & Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray. If you lightly dust on the translucent powder after applying your foundation, and spray the setting spray, somehow all of the make up infuses into your skin, and it looks natural! I use the setting spray every time I add on a few things to my face; eyeshadow, highlighter, bronzer, etc. It really helps soak it into your skin for a natural look that lasts all day! The Persona Cosmetics Eyeshadow palette has been my recent go-to. I am not saying this because Sona happens to be my bff, simply because this palette is AMAZING. All of the colors offered in the palette compliment each other in the best way. This eyeshadow is extremely pigmented, sticks to your skin, and lasts all night! Because my makeup infuses into my skin, I sometimes like to carry around the Tatcha Dewy Skin mist to refresh my makeup throughout the night. It looks as if you JUST did your makeup! After a night out, it is so important to wash your face! I have found the most gentle way to remove makeup is to pump a few pumps of Dior Micellar Water onto a washcloth and wipe it off. It works like magic!
All of the products have been beauty game changers throughout my life, and I cannot wait to find more lifetime products! What are your beauty faves?
