I’m finally back in LA after several days of running around Paris with the Givenchy Beauty team. Givenchy is a brand I adore so much for their edgy, bold aesthetic. It was an honor to be able to celebrate the launch of their new fragrance, L’Interdit, with their team plus several of my influencer friends, including Olivia Culpo, Paola Alberdi, Brittany Xavier, Larsen Thompson, and Andrea Cristina.
Le Meurice Hotel in Paris hosted us and provided such a lavish experience. Every corner was awash in Parisian beauty as you can tell from these photos. I couldn’t help but snap away – I’m still in awe reflecting back on these photos! It’s also conveniently located near Angelina Paris, one of my favorite spots for classic French pastries – and a must see if you’re ever in Paris.
Anyway, we kicked off the first day with drinks then spent the second day getting our hair and makeup done for a special video and photoshoot. It’s no surprise that their makeup line lived up to its luxury brand. If you haven’t tried Givenchy makeup, you’re missing out. The Interedit Vinyl Lipstick in Noir is my newest obsession, and it’s available at Sephora. To catch the rest of my BTS beauty action, check out my Givenchy highlight on insta.
Once all the shooting was over, I got to explore parts of Paris I’ve never seen before and walked up about a million flights. I have never walked up so many stairs in my life, but the Notre Dame tour made everything worth it! Then of course I had to stop by the Givenchy store (otherwise, did I even go to Paris?!) and got tempted into splurging on so many shoe goodies!
The trip concluded with the official L’Interedit launch party and it was so fabulous with life-size perfume boxes, live breakdancers, and that moody, Givenchy aesthetic I love. This perfume is def worth celebrating as it’s a tribute to freedom. I love how it blends sophistication and simplicity just as the bottle exudes. I can’t thank Givenchy enough for this wonderful experience.
Hope you guys enjoyed this quick recap! On another note, I mentioned on insta that I was coming home then flying back, but turns out, I won’t be going back to Paris anymore! One thing to remember about the fashion industry is that things come together and fall apart with the blink of an eye, but it worked in my favor so stay tuned for my next stop!
