Hey guys! It’s so crazy to me that the year is finally coming to an end, but before we send it off, I have one more reveal to share with you all! If you’ve been following me on Instagram, then you probably already know that my closet has been a huge work in progress this year. One of my biggest struggles with decorating and furnishing my home has been trying to match the aesthetic to my moody style. I knew I needed help bringing my closet together and sought the expertise of Lisa Adams from LA Closet Design.
I have been dying to share my closet makeover with LA Closet Design because Lisa transformed it into a grand trifecta. Here in this closet, you have an area that showcases my favorite designer pieces and accessories, a space that entertains and also acts as a guest room whenever I have friends overnight. All Modern was kind enough to gift me the couch plus a few other accessories which helped tie it all together. This sleeper sofa is such a highlight because it not only looks great but is so comfy – you just sink into it! To bring in more of that cozy, living space vibes, we put up my film prints using frames from Framebridge, which I highly recommend if you’re looking for custom picture frames.
One of the things that Lisa excels in is showcasing clothes in an artful way. Her use of floating shelves, custom cabinets, and mix of contrasting fabrics makes the closet feel so luxurious in a modern way. I also love that the end result is a little masculine but not overly strong, which perfectly embodies my tailored aesthetic. At the end of the day, I’m just proud to say that I can get dressed in here, entertain friends, and even have photoshoots in my closet! It’s such a representation of my signature style and I can’t wait to put it to use in the new year! Don’t forget to check out the video we created below and check out Lisa’s blog here for more beautiful closet designs!
