By now I’m sure you’ve all heard me rave about the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask. I can’t say enough good things about the product — the texture is luxurious and it’s a multi-use product that can be used as an overnight mask, 10 minute mask, under eye mask, or makeup primer.
The creators of Summer Fridays Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Gores, who just so happen to be some of my besties, invited me to the Hamptons to celebrate their cover of Purist magazine. The entire weekend was planned to perfection. (Girls, if you’re reading this, thanks again!)
Travel style is really tricky. It’s so tempting to just roll out in PJs, but this sweater by Vince and my favorite broken-in Levis are a comfy substitute. I finished the look with a military-inspired Stella McCartney jacket and Golden Goose sneakers. Naturally, a lot of Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask-ing went down on that flight.
After we landed, we got settled into our hotel and went for cocktails at Gurney’s. My dress by Mikoh is actually a swimsuit coverup, it’s super sheer so I just layered over it over a slip dress. I finished the look with hoop earrings by Luv AJ, a bag by Yuzefi, and Via Spiga sandals. If you’re not big on heels, I suggest going with this style. The look is chic but the block heel offers more comfort and stability.
That night we had a charming dinner at Surf Lodge then headed back to our hotel to relax. For dinner I wore a blazer by the Who What Wear x Target collection and pink pants by Vince. Fun fact: my crop top is actually a bikini top ::shrug:: Ya gotta do what you gotta do.
We spent Saturday at the Wolffer Estate Winery for lunch and wine tasting. The rosé wines were my fav, no surprise there! This was probably my favorite look I wore the entire weekend. I rarely wear skirts but couldn’t resist this beautiful shade of emerald green. I paired this skirt by And Other Stories with a crop top by David Lerner, Amanu Studio shoes and a transparent bag by Hat Attack.
In the evening we celebrated Marianna and Lauren’s cover at Moby East Hampton. I wore a take on an all-white look, modernized by mixing shades of beige. My trousers are by Sea New York, the top is by And Other Stories, and my shoes are by Schutz.
Sunday we slept in, masked, (of course,) then headed home. I left feeling extremely proud of my circle of friends and incredibly inspired. When was the last time you took a trip with your girl squad? Tell me about it in the comments!
