Retro-chic Fourth of July Style

LA blogger Tania Sarin in icons jeans for fourth of July

With the Fourth of July being right around the corner, I figured now is the best time to start planning my outfit! The first idea that popped into my head is that I MUST wear are my Icons Los Angeles vintage jeans that I got from Maxfield. Each item they have is taken care of at a superb level. They preserve each rip, tear, and fray to ensure the integrity of the piece. Then they hand-stamp each piece with the cutest stars. It’s really cool how each piece is unique & un-altered yet have a sense of similarity with the stars. I am really digging the retro vibes that are back in style at full force this summer so I paired these jeans with this red Staud Clothing(similar) silk blouse. It is so comfortable! Along with the blouse, I figured my go-to Chloe backpack would add just the right amount of white to my chic patriotic vibes.  Shoes are an important thing to consider since I will be on my feet celebrating all day. My Via Spiga  (they’re on sale!) sandals are one of my most comfortable pairs, and so that made that an easy choice for me. To complete this retro-chic look, my State Optical sunglasses are obviously coming into play. You know I love everything about them, and their retro shapes in this line! Happy Fourth of July!
