Boston City Guide

I recently just got back for the new W Hotels renovation at their Boston location. I love the city and all it encompasses and always have a blast when I go. If you’re planning on visiting Boston here are a few tips on how to navigate through the city in style.

~Where to eat:

Boston is full of great restaurants but my favorite have been:

Yvonnes– Great higher end restaurant and bar. They serve amazing cosmopolitan

cuisine and have a really chic theme throughout. The interior designs really well done

with really cool art.

Lolita– Mexican best tacos and on Mondays they have $7 all you can eat tacos!

Drink– This is a great mixology bar that doesn’t have a set menu but the bartender will

ask you what you like and make you what they think you will like. (they have great fries!)

~Morning pick me ups:

Coffee is really important in my life and these coffee shops are some of my favorite in the city.

Thinking Cup– They serve Stumptown coffee! locations: Tremont St., Newbury St., Hanover St. (the one on Newbury is

one of my favorite spots!)

Cafe Madeline– They have the most beautiful pastries!

Render Coffee– Has a really cozy atmosphere and amazing coffee!

Tatte– Bakery/Restaurant has amazing pastries and coffee (vanilla latte is great!) Brunch

is only on Saturdays and Sundays and they have shakshouka (3 options) and it’s my all time favorite. It was my first time having shakshouka and I’m in love.

~Places to see:

Besides the classic tourist spots there are some hidden gems that are definitely worth a visit.

Beacon Hill– Great shopping and amazing restaurants! It’s one of the wealthiest areas in

Boston.  Located in Beacon hill – Acorn Street–  Known as Boston’s most photographed byway! Perfect place to take an

instagram photo!

Cambridge– Great way to spend your day visiting the many sights and attractions! Must

see! If you’re in Cambridge head over to Harvard Square– Great shopping and restaurants!

Newbury Street– High to low range of stores from H&M to Gucci. It’s a whole street of

stores, restaurants, and coffee shops.

~What to wear:

Boston is really cold especially this time of year so it’s always a good idea to layer and bring along those key pieces to step up your look and keep you warm!
